Thanks for your comments, Susan, and it's a shame that you didn't have a look at the website that I was 'promoting' to see that we don't use software of any kind, and are very anti any form that takes the personal relationship out of the equation. A few helpful tips to help us move out of old habits was my intent behind this, as well as creating space for what we provide as a business. I believe this is called "How-to guides for your business".
