The Green Suppliers Network is a network of currently 39 suppliers, which have identified over $25.6 million in cost savings It is a collaborative venture involving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Department of Commerce's Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). According to its mission statement its goal is to help suppliers continuously learn ways to save money, optimize resource use, and eliminate waste through on-site technical reviews.
