  • Hi, In regards to links we have found from case studies & tests that links from blogs (that have no follow links) do not carry any value. It was thought for some time they do but when one test that theory out (create new site, go after long keyword phrases, and just create links through no follow blog posts) the keyword phrase does not rank. I will say there is still mixed reviews but ask those people if they have done the above test, most have not. hope that helps. Jeff
