Chris Anderson, the Managing Director of Bizmanualz inc, has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business management experience working with small to large corporations. He has worked with business process design, software and systems engineering projects consulting with companies large and small. He is the co-author of many policies and procedures manuals; assisting in the layout, process design and implementation of the information. Chris is the primary instructional designer for business process training programs at Bizmanualz and is a Principal Consultant and project leader on various consulting assignments.   • Good tips, Linda. One thing I'd like to add is having a clear call to action. Web visitors need guidance on what to do next. Do they visit another informational page, or do they download something, or view a sample, or buy? This needs to be very clearly laid out so that the visitor is more likely to take the action that you want them to take.
