  • Very targeted focus, Betsy. I agree with you, the words 'Thank You' are so important to the manager-employee relationship. And so often forgotten, particularly in this fast paced work world. I suggest to my clients that they get in the habit of saying 'Thank you for your contribution'. My recommendation for making it a routine? Focus on saying this each and every payday. That makes it part of your work routine and reinforces the reason an employee is working for a paycheck.
