  • Response to Paul Heller: Hi Paul, thank you for your comment. I notice that you have commented over 300 times on many other peoples' guides, with a good percentage of them making the same point as you made about my guide - it seems to be advertising. I am trying to access a wider audience who themselves are too busy to go off and do a list of 10 things. My solution is that if they visit my blog and read a few recent posts (I do work hard to write this carefully and deliver genuine free advice with no strings attached) those people might benefit from my help. I don't want to send them away to a number of other resources. If a guide means hard work and more research I don't think many people have the time to work through them. I do want them to visit my blog and have a read. It wil benefit their own monthly e-newsletter if they take on board what I say each week. The point I am making is that this community may well be frequented by marketing managers who are to busy to manage their own newsletter production each month, and they may well enjoy using our resources, or they might simply like a good read each week. If what I am aiming to do amounts to advertising, and this community considers my guide inappropriate I will of course remove it - can anyone else add their voice to this issue? I would really appreciate another perspective, I have had big brother, now what about some others? Only kidding Paul, I am sure you have a sense of humour. Dom
  • Can I really leave a comment on my own guide? How tempting... no, I'll leave it up to you. Dom.
