Rob, Actually, I am not familiar with Sherweb's offering, but Hostway is a well established web hosting company. They have been in business for many years and i am sure they have good infrastructure and support (1&1 is the only company I know I would not recommend). One concern would be that Hostway’s Exchange is not their primary business. Even though it seams that it is similar to POP mail, but in fact it requires a very different qualifications to provision and to support. Mi8 I am very familiar with and I know their infrastructure is very dependable and unique as they are the only company that currently has clustered environment. May even be worth spending an extra $1 per mailbox on it (i guess). Hope this helps! Inna

Dear Melissa, I understand your pain. Entourage 2004 is supported by ASP-One.com, however, you should know that one feature is not operating as well as for in-house Exchange. When users try to display GAL as a listing, an error will display instead. This features is supported by a port that is blocked for security purposes. Some hosted provides open that port, but its not a good sign security-concern. Hope this helps. Inna

Thanks for your question. Simplest calculation is based on $10 per user - if your company has 10 users, it will cost $100 per month. However, if your organization has more then 30 users, then the dedicates server solution should be considered, which allows for much more disk space and is about $500-600 per month. I have personally worked in-house and as a consultant to multiple leading hosted providers, on the web and exchange hosting sides. However, best experience as a client of such a service I received in Astaro, where we switched from 80 in-house (server in Germany) Exchange Server to an outsourced hosted solution, which was by far more flexible and easier to manage.
