I have a diverse background which includes a degree in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in NY. After living and studying in Bali, Indonesia and traveling throughout Southeast Asia, I spent 6 years as a travel consultant specializing in that corner of the world. Discovering that I had a knack for sales, I spent the next 5 years in Corporate America selling custom printed products and pharmaceuticals, before realizing that I needed to strike a balance between my work and my passion. It was then that I decided to open Desa Arts, a community art gallery and import boutique--the perfect marriage of my love of art and travel, and my business skills. This enterprise allows me to wear many hats and be creative as well as strategic. I am excited about the possibilities!
