Very interesting topic. I did some research on my last time clock purchase and went with a biometric one. It comes with some nice software as well as saving on the cost of not buying new time cards all the time so this saves money in the long run. The machine works well, sometimes it has a problem reading a fingerprint so I have to manually punch someone in but overall it is very reliable. I think that Staples stores are very nice, but what most people fail to understand is that they along with Office Depot and Office Max and not the least expensive by any means. I read a study of the major office supply players and a large portion of their catalog is priced at or over Manufacturer suggested prices. They price some image items low so they have a low price image that is not deserved. If you shop online at the independents you will find much better pricing. I order all of my office supplies at Discount Office Items and could not be happier with the prices or the service. All I am saying is shop around and you can certainly save some money.

If you take some time to do some price comparisons you will be pleasantly surprised as well. The service and selection as well from online suppliers is often better as well than driving to the local office store.
